General

These are the general terms and conditions of Azur Natural Bodycare. When you place an order with Azur Natural Bodycare or have an agreement with Azur Natural Bodycare, you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions.

Azur Natural Bodycare reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time.

Agreement

There is an agreement when a private customer has placed an order with Azur Natural Bodycare. There is an agreement when a business customer has returned a signed quote or placed an order.

Product

All Azur Natural Bodycare products are handmade, based on natural ingredients. Azur Natural Bodycare strives to deliver products as shown on the website. Due to the traditional process, it is possible that a product differs (colour, weight). Due to the maturing process of soap, the weight decreases over time. This is why we use 'fresh weight'.

Prices

All prices on the website include 21% VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Azur Natural Bodycare has the right to change prices at any time. The new prices will not be implemented for orders already to be delivered. Any levies for orders from customers abroad are for the account of the customer abroad.

Delivery

The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known in the ordering process. This can be the billing address or another address. For this there is an option “Send to another address” that can be checked.

When it concerns a company address, the company name must be stated in the address field. When we ship an order to a company address without the company name on the shipping label, the package can be returned. When we send the package again for this reason, the shipping costs are for the customer.

In the order notes it can be stated that it is, for example, a gift.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation within an hour. Azur Natural Bodycare strives to ship your order within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a notification. Orders are always shipped with Track & Trace.

Azur Natural Bodycare is not liable for damage or loss during delivery by the delivery service. However, Azur Natural Bodycare does everything it can to find an appropriate solution.

Liability

Azur Natural Bodycare is not liable for injury or damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Azur Natural Bodycare products are not suitable for consumption. The product description on the website indicates how you should use the product. For soaps with essential oils, it is recommended to test the soap on a small area of ​​skin first if you have sensitive skin or have never used a soap with an essential oil before. Soap is not medicine. Always consult your doctor in case of skin complaints.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to private customers who have placed an order with Azur Natural Bodycare. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason.

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your address to Azur Natural Bodycare are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Azur Natural Bodycare with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@azurnaturalbodycare.nl.

We will then refund the order amount due within five days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

An exception to the right of withdrawal are personalized orders.

Privacy

The personal information you provide when placing an order will only be used by Azur Natural Bodycare to process your order. Under no circumstances will we provide your data to third parties.

Order is wrong

We do everything we can to deliver your order to you without defects. If it appears upon delivery that the delivered product contains the wrong product or is incomplete, you must report this to Azur Natural Bodycare via info@azurnaturalbodycare.nl before returning the order. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products can be reported to Azur Natural Bodycare by email no later than 14 working days after delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging (including any accessories) and in new condition. If the product has been used after the discovery of a defect or objection, this right to complain and return will lapse completely.

We will then refund the amount due within fourteen days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned.

Please note: when an order is returned to Azur Natural Bodycare by entering an incorrect address, we ask you to pay the shipping costs for sending the order again.
